Yessssss 🙂 Finally, a real car. Thanks to the very excellent Mr Nick Derbyshire I am now the owner of Bumblebee, a 1996 Camel Trophy Edition Discovery. Nick has done a lot to her to augment her LR Special Vehicles Gulf spec – she is Camel Trophy Edition rather than Camel Trophy event car (my old Camel, Custard, was a 1997 Event car). It feels so good to be back in a desert country with a Land Rover. Now, show me the horizon!

Thank god for real cars. The little Ford was a brave soul but just couldn’t hack it offroad.
